I've only recently returned to eating a Plant Based Diet and my doctor was blown away by how quickly my health changed for the better. Both my blood pressure and my cholesterol had been dangerously high. But making changes to my diet and starting an exercise program with an amazing local gym had my cholesterol and blood sugars almost at normal in ONLY 6 Weeks!!
